The V-shaped bottom design eliminates dead zones and automatically gathers feed in the center of the trough, making it easier for the birds to eat and reducing feed residue. The vertical egg collector equipped with the stacked layer equipment features a soft egg diversion device that filters soft eggs and cracked egg liquid. It also adjusts the position of the eggs on the egg collector to reduce collisions. The egg claws and egg belt are secured with rivets, ensuring smooth operation and low malfunction rates. The dust removal brush and dust removal plate at the end of the egg belt effectively prevent dust from falling into the lower trough, maintaining a clean farming environment.
Environmentally friendly and hygienic manure removal system
The design of the manure removal system is directly related to the sanitation of the chicken house. The stacked layer equipment uses a box-type manure cleaner, which effectively prevents the splashing of chicken manure, feathers, and dust, protecting the chicken house environment. The uniform contact between the manure belt and the machine roller prevents belt deviation and damage. The configuration of two scrapers and two tensioning handles ensures uniform contact between the scraper and the manure belt, making operation easy and ensuring thorough manure removal.
Intelligent and Comfortable Environmental Control System (Duoful Ventilation)
The environmental control system is crucial for ensuring the healthy growth of chickens. The imported environmental control controller equipped with the stacked layer equipment is highly professional, of stable quality, and enables intelligent control. The system increases ventilation and circulates air within the house, providing sufficient oxygen for the chickens. The constant temperature intelligent zone control design allows for 8-12 zones of control, setting optimal temperature and humidity according to the animal’s comfort zone, and maintaining a temperature difference within 2°C. Sensor probes deployed within these zones monitor the house’s dynamics in real time, ensuring precise control of the breeding environment.
