Drinking System for Broiler Flat-raising System
The drinking water system for broiler chickens is composed of a dosing device, a filter, a pressure regulator, a water pipe, a nipple drinker, a hanging cup, a drinking water pipe fitting, a hanging system, an anti-roosting device, etc. Its function is to provide clean drinking water to broiler chickens. It ensures that broilers can get enough and clean water at any time to meet their growth and health needs.
1. Doser:
The doser is a device used on the water supply pipeline. The device is installed on the water supply pipeline. It is not electrically driven and uses water pressure as power. When water flows through the device, it pushes the internal piston to move, thereby sucking the solvent into the device and mixing it with water, and transporting it to the breeding equipment. Usually, the number of dosers = the number of chicken houses
2. Filter:
The filter of the flat broiler drinking water system is an important equipment used to filter impurities and pollutants in drinking water. Usually, the number of wash filters = the number of dosers.
3. Pressure regulator:
The pressure regulator of the drinking water system of the farm is a device used to regulate the water pressure in the drinking water system of the farm. The large-flow recoil pressure regulator has stable pressure regulation, high sensitivity, and sufficient water supply. Usually, the number of pressure regulators = the number of water lines.
4. Water pipes:
The water pipes of the drinking water system of the farm are usually used to transport clean and sanitary drinking water to various areas of the farm to meet the drinking water needs of livestock and poultry. Through reasonable layout and installation, square water pipes can ensure a stable supply of water and reduce the waste of water resources. Usually made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials, such as ABS plastic. This material has a long service life and can adapt to the complex and changing environmental conditions of the farm. We often use 22x22cm square tubes and Ф25cm round tubes. Usually, the length of the water pipe = (length of the chicken house-front end) * number of water lines + a small amount of margin
5. Nipple drinker:
Nipple drinkers are usually installed on the water supply pipe. When poultry (such as chickens, ducks, etc.) touch the nipple with their beaks, water will flow out of the nipple for them to drink. This design can effectively control the outflow of water and avoid waste. The nipple drinker consists of a nipple, a valve core, a valve seat and a shell. The nipple is the water supply part, and the valve core and valve seat control the outflow of water. The nipple drinker material is divided into three main types: stainless steel, copper and plastic. Usually, there are 12 nipple drinkers on a 3m water pipe.
6. Hanging cup:
The hanging cup of flat broiler chickens is usually connected to the nipple drinker to form a whole. The design of the hanging cup allows water to be stably supplied to poultry for drinking while reducing water waste. Normally, the number of hanging cups = the number of nipple drinkers
7. Suspension system:
The suspension system of the suspension lifting device mainly includes a lifting winch, a winch crank and a suspension rack. It is used to adjust the height of the water line, adjust the water line height according to the growth stage of the chicken, facilitate the chickens to drink water, and meet the feeding needs of different stages. Normally, the number of winches and base sets = the number of feed lines, the number of winch cranks = the number of chicken houses, and other hanging parts = the number of water lines.
8. Anti-roosting device:
