Ventilateur (ventilateur d'extraction) :<\/h4><p><strong>\u25cf Type<\/strong>: Principalement class\u00e9s en ventilateurs longitudinaux (volume d'air \u00e9lev\u00e9, principalement utilis\u00e9 pour le refroidissement et la ventilation en \u00e9t\u00e9) et en ventilateurs transversaux (volume d'air plus faible, principalement utilis\u00e9 pour la ventilation minimale en hiver).<\/p><p><strong>\u25cf Fonction<\/strong>: Ces ventilateurs sont la principale source d'\u00e9nergie pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une pression n\u00e9gative et faire circuler l'air dans la maison. Leur mise en marche, leur arr\u00eat et leur vitesse sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par une minuterie ou un thermostat.<\/p><p><strong>\u25cf Configuration<\/strong>: Le nombre et la puissance de ces ventilateurs doivent \u00eatre calcul\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision en fonction du type de poulets (pondeuses\/poulets de chair), de la taille du cheptel, de la taille du poulailler et du climat local. Veillez \u00e0 ce que la capacit\u00e9 totale de ventilation r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 la demande maximale (pendant les saisons chaudes).<\/p><h4>2. Entr\u00e9es d'air :<\/h4><p><strong>\u25cf Entr\u00e9es d'air hivernales (fen\u00eatres lat\u00e9rales\/petites fen\u00eatres)<\/strong>:<br \/>Ils sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement situ\u00e9s en hauteur sur les murs lat\u00e9raux ou sous les avant-toits.<br \/>Ils s'ouvrent sous pression n\u00e9gative, permettant \u00e0 l'air frais de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la maison \u00e0 grande vitesse et \u00e0 un angle sp\u00e9cifique (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement con\u00e7u pour frapper le toit).<br \/>Fonction principale : Permet \u00e0 l'air froid de se m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l'air chaud en haut du poulailler, le pr\u00e9chauffant avant de s'installer uniform\u00e9ment dans la zone active des poules, les prot\u00e9geant ainsi des courants d'air froids directs (courants d'air).<\/p><p><strong> \u25cf Entr\u00e9e d'air d'\u00e9t\u00e9 (rideau d'eau\/coussin humide)<\/strong>:<br \/>Situ\u00e9 sur le mur d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 ou le mur lat\u00e9ral oppos\u00e9 au ventilateur.<br \/>Il s'agit de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment central du rafra\u00eechissement estival. Lorsque l'air chaud traverse le papier humidifi\u00e9, sp\u00e9cialement formul\u00e9 pour les rideaux d'eau, l'eau s'\u00e9vapore et absorbe une quantit\u00e9 importante de chaleur, ce qui refroidit consid\u00e9rablement l'air entrant dans la maison (c'est le principe du refroidissement par \u00e9vaporation).<br \/>Ce syst\u00e8me doit \u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un nombre suffisant de ventilateurs verticaux pour assurer un flux d'air r\u00e9gulier \u00e0 travers le rideau d'eau.<\/p><h4>3. \u00c9quipement de contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature :<\/h4><p><strong>\u25cf Mat\u00e9riel de chauffage pour l'hiver<\/strong>: tels que les fours \u00e0 air chaud aliment\u00e9s au gaz, les radiateurs \u00e0 ventilateur et les chauffages. Ils sont principalement utilis\u00e9s pour compl\u00e9ter la chaleur et maintenir les temp\u00e9ratures cibles pendant la p\u00e9riode de couvaison ou dans les r\u00e9gions extr\u00eamement froides.<\/p><p><strong>\u25cf \u00c9quipement de refroidissement d'\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>: L'\u00e9l\u00e9ment central est le syst\u00e8me de rideau d'eau. Sa taille et son \u00e9paisseur doivent \u00eatre calcul\u00e9es avec pr\u00e9cision pour correspondre au volume d'air du ventilateur. Une surface insuffisante ou une r\u00e9partition in\u00e9gale entra\u00eenera de grandes diff\u00e9rences de temp\u00e9rature entre les parties avant et arri\u00e8re et une humidit\u00e9 in\u00e9gale, ce qui nuira gravement \u00e0 l'efficacit\u00e9 du refroidissement et au confort des occupants.<\/p><h4>4. Contr\u00f4leur environnemental :<\/h4><p>\u25cf Le \"cerveau\" du syst\u00e8me. Entretien r\u00e9gulier<\/strong>: Nettoyer les pales des ventilateurs, les persiennes et les syst\u00e8mes d'ass\u00e8chement, inspecter les courroies des moteurs et calibrer les capteurs afin de garantir un fonctionnement efficace et fiable de l'\u00e9quipement.<\/p><p><strong>6.
