The egg collector is the first link in a fully automated egg collection system, and its design directly affects egg breakage rate and collection efficiency. Currently, the mainstream egg collection methods include lift-type egg collectors, Korean-style egg collectors, C-claw egg collectors, and red-claw egg collectors, adaptable to different chicken house layouts and farming scales.<\/p>

Technical Configuration and Operating Parameters:<\/h4>

Transmission System: The lift motor, combined with a reducer, ensures smooth and reliable operation. The egg claw motor and egg belt motor of the egg collector both use power ratings of 0.55kW-70S and 0.55kW-80S respectively, ensuring synchronous coordination among all components.<\/p>

The egg collection speed is approximately 4-4.5 m\/min, while the egg conveyor speed is controlled at 1.79-1.8 m\/min, balancing efficiency and safety.<\/p>

The egg claws are made of nylon with glass fiber injection molding, combining strength and elasticity; the PVC claws are tensioned by a screw, ensuring smooth operation and preventing egg drop. An optional copper-plated nickel-plated rivet connection process is available to further strengthen the connection structure and extend service life.<\/p>

Intelligent and Clean Design:<\/h4>

The system has a built-in soft-egg and broken-egg separation device that automatically sorts out substandard eggs.<\/p>

A soft-egg diversion device filters egg liquid and adjusts the position of eggs on the egg collection machine to reduce collisions.<\/p>

The end of the egg conveyor is equipped with a dust cleaning brush and a dust collection plate, allowing cleaned dust to fall directly to the lower manure removal belt, preventing contamination of the feeding trough.
