TechPro Broiler Cage With Auto-Harvesting is engineered for high-density broiler farming, integrating auto-feeding, drinking, manure removal, environment control, and an *auto-harvesting* system. Compared to flat rearing, it offers 3–4× higher stocking density, maximizing house utilization and minimizing energy costs. Each unit measures 2225mm (L) × 1508mm (D) × 370mm (H/layer), using hot-dip galvanized Q235 wire and ventilated plastic slat flooring. This plastic base enhances hygiene, airflow, and lighting, reducing disease risks while ensuring bird comfort and safety.
The Auto-Harvesting System revolutionizes broiler collection by enabling quick and gentle bird removal. Once birds mature, the plastic slats are pulled out, dropping broilers onto the manure belt, which transports them to a vertical elevator and out of the house via cross conveyors. This automation significantly lowers labor costs, accelerates harvesting speed, and minimizes bird injuries. Post-harvest, cages can be rapidly cleaned and disinfected, reducing downtime and improving overall farm productivity.
