With in-house temperatures around 20°C, our system effectively reduces manure moisture from 70–80% to below 20–30% within 24–48 hours. This significantly reduces storage volume and improves waste management efficiency. Designed for both single- and multi-tier poultry houses, each unit handles manure from over 250,000 birds, ensuring high-capacity drying performance.
Engineered with perforated high-strength carbon steel plates, the chicken manure drying equipment supports heavy loads and accelerates airflow for rapid drying. To combat the corrosive nature of poultry manure, all surfaces are hot-dip galvanized or cold-galvanized with powder coating, extending service life. Modular and customizable, this manure drying equipment includes uniform feeding, layered drying, and automated mixing systems to meet the operational scale of modern poultry farms.
